IT and Business Process Outsourcing

I’ve looked at sourcing strategy from several perspectives. As a 20+ year veteran of the customer support and IT Service Management field, I’ve provided consulting advice to clients evaluating outsourcing as an IT service option. As Global Knowledge Manager for the Office of the General Counsel at HP, I assisted directly in the implementation of Legal Process Outsourcing for one of the world’s largest corporate law departments.

As a journalist, I’ve written about outsourcing as a competitive concern for corporate knowledge workers.

As a creator of marketing content, I edited the corporate newsletter for Trellis, a Copenhagen-based consultancy advising corporate clients in the Nordic countries on outsourcing, offshoring and IT security strategy. And I have ghost-written on Legal Process Outsourcing for the Robert Half Legal blog.
